Custom Yacht Outfitters combines a unique blend of onboard and shore side experience across the globe on vessels ranging from high performance race boats to large power charter yachts.
Niall Rafferty – Originally from Ireland, Niall has worked in the marine industry for 20 years and currently holds a 500-ton license. He has run everything from grand prix race boats to large luxury sail and power yachts, also a private Caribbean island. He has been very inventive over the years with ways of shipping parts.
Jacqui Rafferty – Growing up in Long Island, Jacqui spent her summers enjoying the beautiful Long Island Sound on boats. Jacqui brings her formidable experience from both on deck and on interiors of yachts to the table as she has worked on many large yachts and private houses.
John Cranshaw – John grew up on the coast of Maine sailing the summer days away. Holding a 200-ton USCG license, John has worked in the marine industry part time or full time for almost ten years. In that time John has done everything from captaining boats up to 70 feet to working as deckhand or mate on sailing and power yachts up to 150 feet.
